Community Pledge Update

In celebration of 25 years in business, Nantwich estate agent, Baker Wynne & Wilson, unveiled plans at the
start of the year to pledge an astounding £25,000 to charities and organisations throughout Nantwich and
surrounding areas. The long standing estate agents, received 68 entries and have now selected 24 charities, an
additional 9 to the figure they had originally proposed, who they will divide the money between.

There were two charities in the Audlem area which were successful with their applications – the Overwater Wheelybus scheme and the Scout & Guide Hall.

John Baker presented cheques for the Overwater Wheelybus and Audlem Scout & Guide Hall to Rodney & Christine Cottrell last Friday evening.
