Walk Like An Egyptian!

On Monday, children in Amber Class travelled back to the time of the Ancient Egyptians with a special day long workshop!

Dr Ian Morrison visited the school and children experienced a snap shot of the past including handling artefacts over 2700 years old, taking part in a mummification ritual and even taking part in their own 'chariot races'!

Children in Amethyst class are busy rehearsing their Barney Bear songs ahead of their performance for parents and carers on Thursday 28th June at 2.15pm.
They are enjoying learning all of the words and cannot wait to showcase their skills at their special show!
