Tollgate/Moorsfield development letter

AudlemOnline received this from a local resident. Apparently it has been sent to residents bordering the potential future Tollgate/Moorsfield development.

It is clearly a 'consultation' letter to enable the developer to say they have 'engaged' to seek the views of the local community.

Also with the letter was another copy of the 'plan' proposal and some unexplained & seemingly irrelevant (but quite nice) photos of buildings around Audlem and elsewhere. If it is intended to picture the kind of developments they (Barton Willmore) have carried out previously, then it's quite reassuring to know that they have been in business since at least as far back as 1285.
