Growing News!

Our Garden club and Green team members continue their fabulous growing season work with support from Mrs Hayward and Mrs Rudd. We are all looking forward to the fruits of their labour being harvested for use in our school kitchen once again this year – delicious!

Thank you for all of the kind gold coin donations for our Friends' Non-Uniform day today – all donations are gratefully received and go towards the fabulous fundraising work of Friends. We welcomed Mrs Kemp into school on Monday as she visited Amethyst class to get to know all the children and meet with Mrs Maughan in preparation for Mrs Maughan's planned maternity leave later this term.

Ducklings

Our two ducklings have been enjoyed by everyone again this week! The children in Sapphire class were thrilled to help the ducklings with their first ever bath on Monday afternoon. They also helped to dry them carefully afterwards.

Mrs Hayward and the children of Sapphire class would like to thank Mrs Spibey for her support and expert guidance. She changed her plans on Monday afternoon to help us out.
