A rural byway

Wood Orchard Lane is a delightful rural by way much loved by walkers, dog-owners and not least by the people who live in houses along it.

But at the moment it is best avoided if possible as the authorities are apparently laying a new water pipe along its length.

Hopefully it will be restored to its rustic somnolence in the not-too-distant future.
