Mill Lane development – a letter of objection

Auidlem Online has been passed a copy of an open letter from Shaun Rayne to the Parish Council as input to the extraordinary meeting on Thursday evening.

The letter lists the various objections that have already been well documented by others, but concentrates on the effect of the development on the character of Audlem, Salford and The Mount in particular.

The two photographs (among several attached to the letter) show an artist's impression of the effect of the proposed houses on the view from Mill Lane bridleway across Salford towards Holmes Bank.

People are invited to comment on the scheme to Cheshire East Council by September 4th. You can view the plans and add your comments on planning application 13/3210N here.
