The Tai Chi held at Audlem Scout Hall is still going strong. We now have two separate classes one for the improvers and one for beginners. Every other week the two sessions join and run as one session. (see timetable below).

The sessions consist of a gentle warm up followed by Qigong which are the health breathing exercises (there is a nice article about Qigong and the benefits in The Times Saturday August 18th, 2018) which explains some of the health benefits, followed by an introduction to the Tai Chi Form.

Tai Chi for Health is a low impact activity which also has many health benefits associated to it. Everyone works to their own ability and progresses at their own pace.

Most important it is Fun!

If you would like to try this wonderful activity just come along to one of the sessions that start at 12.30pm and join in.
