Some highlights from this week's school newsletter
I just thought I would share with you my thoughts for this week. It is the final week of half term which has flown by and I know that the children and staff are ready for the week to be able to recharge their batteries. The children have been amazing over this half term and have relished the opportunity to be back at school. This has been evident in the work that they have been producing throughout English, Maths and the foundation subjects.
As a school we will keep on ensuring that the safety of the children is paramount without losing our autonomy and vision of enabling the children to shine.
I hope that you all have a wonderful time over half term and are able to make memories with your loved ones. Just a reminder that Monday 2nd November is an INSET day at school and we will be open on Tuesday 3rd November.
Don't forget to send in your entry to the Spooky Pumpkin Contest (closing date 31October) using the Friends of Saint James Facebook Page to upload your entries.
