Good morning all, Has anyone got any free time on Saturday the 5th of March?
Do you fancy getting involved with the Nation's Biggest Clean Up, 'Clean for the Queen', well if you do and would like to then please come along. The tidy up and litter pick will be working around the immediate village area of the canal, tidying the surrounding area.
Litter picking will extend from bridge 74, Coxbank to Overwater Marina, the access steps behind the Mill, flower beds, pub car parks, the towpath and all of the area that the canal interacts with the village of Audlem.
The clean for the Queen event will be part of our work continuing with improving visually and environmentally the area and putting the sparkle back in the village of Audlem. Please have a look at the Newsletter (see the link below the photo) and get in touch if you would like to get involved.
Please let me know if you can attend, I will provide refreshments and snacks (Coffee, soft drinks, biscuits and snacks), suitable outdoor clothing and some lunch is all that's needed. Meeting point and parking is at the Shroppie Fly, Audlem, CW3 0DX at 1000 hours, the whole day should be no more than a few hours.
See you there,
Best wishes and kind regards,
