Bird's Nest Consultation on Tuesday – Update Cancelled

Magenta Living, a social housing provider, based in Birkenhead, is proposing to build 31 properties on the site opposite McCarthy & Stone on Audlem Road.

This site has been allocated for development in the Cheshire East Local Plan.

The Parish Council agreed to this allocation at its meeting in November 2018.

The Properties range from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses.

In addition, Magenta is proposing to build two sets of three bedroom semis on the strip of land alongside Audlem Road between the site and Bird's Nest. All properties will be both for rent and shared ownership.

Magenta will hold a Public Consultation Open day on Tuesday 7th May in the Methodist Meeting Rooms.
