ADCA Annual Meeting 29th June 2018

NOTICE OF 2018 ADCA AGM

To be held at 10.30am on Friday, 29th June 2018 At The Lord Combermere, The Square, Audlem

Everyone is warmly invited to attend our 7th AGM to hear how we have done in the past year and to discuss future plans. We have successfully moved our Tuesday Club into the new Public Hall Annexe which opened in November 2018 and have continued our meetings at Hankelow Chapel with our Wednesday Groups which are going well. We also welcomed new staff in Tracey Humphries and Helen Dovey.

We have continued to increase the number of carers we support and are working closely with the new Cheshire East Carers' Hub. The Medical Transport Service has benefited from have new voluntary drivers and the Friday morning coffee club continues to thrive. Our befriending service continues to support a small number of people and we continue to support Broad Lane Coffee Club. We are always looking for more volunteers to help run our services. If you are not already an ADCA Volunteer and are interested in finding out more about us, then please come along as you will be made most welcome.

After the meeting – from 11.15am onward, all our volunteers are invited to stay on for a chance to chat with staff, trustees and other volunteers to catch up on how things are going and to have a light lunch at midday.
