A525 to be closed

The Cheshire East website contains a notice of closure of the A525 from the junction with Green Lane to the junction with Moorsfield Avenue from January 11th for five days. Their website "headline" says the closure is from January 9th to January 10th 2016 (ie Saturday/Sunday).

According to a Chatbox message, the notices at the scene actually say 9th/10th January 2015 which is either wishful thinking, deja vu or incompetence.

The proposed diversion is via Nantwich and most of North Shropshire.

There also other roadworks with lights scheduled for Stafford Street (A525) from Jan 11th to 13th and on Jan 19th.
