On Tuesday Evening, ADAPT held the first of two talks in the Scout & Guide Hall for those interested in saving money and energy at home.

Three members of ADAPT's Energy Group gave interesting and professional presentations.

  • Alan Draper spoke about putting energy usage into context and give examples of energy conservation in the home.
  • Andy Hannah then took over by explaining control and especially how to choose the most beneficial system for householders.
  • Chris Knibbs completed the story by discussing the merits and process of changing suppliers to get the best deals whichever forms of fuel you are using.

Copies of slides used in the presentations have now been posted on ADAPT's section of AudlemOnline and can also be seen by clicking on the PDF file below the photo.

A second talk will be given at the same venue at 7.45pm on 15th November. The events are free and last around 90 minutes.
