• Event 14th January 7pm AWEG Annual Xmas meal,
• The Shroppie Fly 10th February 7pm Bruce Kendrick will give a talk on his book,
• An Eye For Birds 1 17th March 7pm Elis Smits of the Cheshire Local Nature Partnership will give a talk on the Cheshire and Warrington Local Nature Recovery Strategy
• 13th April Roger Cole to lead a trip to Swettenham Arboretum, including lunch at The Swettenham Arms
• 12th May 7pm Botanist and zoologist Bee McGovern, a medical herbalist and educator of 20 years’ experience, will give a talk about 20 common plants and their dietary or medicinal benefits. She'll discuss what they offer, how and when to harvest and how you might like to include them in your everyday life
• 14th May Andy Davidson to lead a trip to Marbury Country Park and surrounding area
• June 8th to 12th AWEG trip to the Isle Of Man
• 18th June Simon Schouten to lead a trip to the Gronant Little Tern colony, and then lunch and visit to a nature reserve en route home
• 22nd Sep, 7pm Charlie Schouten will give a talk on his recent trip to Svalbard with Hurtigruten Expeditions
• 6 th October, 7pm Charlotte Hollins will give a talk on Ford Hall Farm, a community owned organic farm in Market Drayton
• 20th October Field trip to Pennington Flash near Wigan
• 10th November 7pm Richard Small will give a talk on the Middle Marches programme in South Shropshire
• 17th November Field trip to Sandbach Flashes and surrounds
