We have had a busy sporting week in school!

Last Tuesday each class took part in their termly PE assessments focused on us all keeping active and healthy by moving as often as possible. Each class completed their Amaven tasks which will be inputted into their 'Locker Room' and their Active Homework tasks will be updated as appropriate.

We hope many families will take the opportunity to complete some of the online active homework over Easter break via their Amaven log ins – in between enjoying your Easter eggs of course!

Children across school have enjoyed taking part in in our Inter-House Dodgeball Competition recently. The children have been showing excellent sportsmanship, cheering their own and other teams on in a positive competition which has provided the opportunity for all children to participate in sports competition within school. Well done to Rowan team who won the competition overall.

Congratulations to Lime Team who have won the Active Audlem cup this half term for collecting the most laps of the Active Audlem route.

BIrd feeder competition winners

Congratulations also go to the winners of the Bird Feeder design competition, Tessa Sullivan and Esme Hetherington Doyle. The Green Team were very impressed with the imaginative and ingenious entries created by children from across school.

Thank you to everyone who entered

Friends of Audlem St James

Thank you to everyone who supported and helped run Friend's Easter fundraising event on Saturday. The event was a great success raising nearly £400 for school, thank you to everyone who supported this.

A reminder that Friends are also holding a non uniform day this Thursday (29th March) for a gold coin donation. The children will be enjoying an Easter Friendship Lunch in school that day too to celebrate the end of term.
