(Often also referred to as Heathfield Road site)

The Cheshire East Southern Planning Committee meets on Wednesday, 31st May, 2017 at 10.00 am, and on the agenda will be consideration of application 17/1643N.

This is a reserved matters application and the principle of erecting up to 26 dwellings on the Mill Lane site has already been accepted, even though many of its aspects would now contravene the principles of the Audlem Neighbourhood Plan.

The recommendation to the Planning Committee is to accept the application, albeit with some important conditions.

The number of properties now proposed is 24, and this includes a higher proportion of "affordable" homes than was allowed in the original plan.

A summary of the application and the considerations and objections to it (including a comprehensive contribution from Audlem Parish Council) can be read as a pdf file by clicking on the link below the map.

You can access the details of the application on the Cheshire East planning system (including all comments and objections from members of the public) by clicking here.
