Education Foundation Applications

Anyone wishing to apply for financial assistance through the Audlem Education Foundation for this year please note that ;

• The next meeting is Wednesday 8th November 2017 (with the next meeting scheduled for February 2018)
• The newly appointed clerk is Judy Evans.

Any completed forms may be dropped into Williams Newsagents, as long as they are enclosed in sealed envelopes, & addressed appropriately.

Copies of receipts and/or validated proof of expenditure are required to be attached to the application form.

Applications are only considered for COMPLETED trips/ purchases, on a case by case basis.
