Thank You Quizzers from ADCA

What a fantastic night of fundraising by the Quizzers on Tuesday night at the Lord Combermere for our Medical Transport Service. The magnificent sum of £2009 will go towards maintaining the service into the future and helping us deal with the continued increase in demand.

A big thank you to all the quizzers and especially to Ralph Warburton for his hard work in organizing the night and to Mike Haines for helping with the quiz. Thanks also to all those who donated auction and raffle prizes and who helped out on the night including ADCA's Ronni Briggs and Lynn Morear.

Also a big thank you to Allan and Jo Brown who help ADCA in so many ways.

The Medical Transport Service now provides about 15 trips each month, up from 8 trips at the beginning of the year. Our trusty band of voluntary drivers take people to hospital, clinic and local GP appointments who would otherwise struggle to attend.
