Official RVS Survey request

We are launching a very brief survey. We would be very grateful if as many older people around Audlem as possible could complete it.

Printed responses could be dropped at the village hall, where I will collect them on Tuesday 31st July.

Alternatively, if people have the means, responses can be sent via email to myself at: carol.hill@cheshireeast.gov.uk

The deadline for responses is Tuesday 31st July 2018.
