The Big Switch on – 25th November

A reminder that the Big Switch on the the Christmas trees lights will take place on Friday 25th in the Square.

Many Audlem Traders are expected to be open late to kick off the festive season and prior to that at about 6pm Santa is expected to arrive near the Shroppie Fly – on the Audlem Lass as usual – before he moves to his grotto.

At 6pm candles will be sold for £1 near the Bridge Inn which children will be able to decorate and make a wish before sending the candle down the canal. Proceeds will go to the RNLI.
