ADAS Growing Competition

Bryony Nixon and Neil Goodyear of ADAS launched the ADAS Growing Competition for this year on Tuesday.

All of the children have been provided with an envelope containing their beans to grow for this competition. When the bean plants are grown, the children need to measure their beans with a ruler and take a picture to email to ADAS with the size of bean, their name and class. Details about how to enter this competition are available on our school website. The closing date for entries is Friday 8th September. ADAS will collate all of the details and announce the winners next term.

NEP Update

I have sent out a letter updating parents and carers about the work of the Nantwich Educational Partnership (the NEP) from September this week.
Given the current funding cuts and pressures on schools across our partnerships we have had to make difficult decisions about the funding for the NEP's current support provided by Visyon and Lesley Wrenshall. This decision has been tremendously difficult but Headteachers and Governors have been left with no alternative as a result of the increased pressures on education funding.

Whole School Photograph

We were unable to take our planned whole school photograph on Wednesday due to the strong winds in the morning.
We have rescheduled the photograph to be taken on Wednesday 5th July and have everything crossed the sun will hine and the breeze will be calm!
