The Pinfold opens on Wednesday

We would like to thank everyone for supporting The Pinfold at the tasting day – it was great to meet so many people and hear all your positive comments. It seems the transformation of the building surprised many of you!

Over the next few days we will be adding the finishing touches to both the interior and exterior. By Tuesday the outside decked area should be completed so that you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine when we open on Wednesday at 8.00am!

Our first lunchtime menu will consist of fresh seasonal dishes:

• Individual lamb crumble with minted peas
• Lemon chicken salad with cracked black pepper croutons
• Mediterranean vegetable sliced loaf
• Followed by vanilla panna cotta with fresh strawberries – or just Rachel's ice cream.

And of course we'll have a lovely range of cakes and scones for you to enjoy with a refreshing tea or a rich coffee or hot chocolate.
