On the counter this weekend we will have some wonderful Welsh Black beef reared by local producer David Charlesworth just 8 miles from the shop.'

Welsh Black beef is renowned for its superb eating qualities due to it being slow matured on extensive pastures helping create beautiful natural marbling.' It has been dry aged on the bone to enhance its stunning flavour even more.'
