Local Road Works

These closures have been notified by Cllr Rachel Bailey, and confirmed by inspection of the Cheshire East roadworks information.

Cheshire Street

The closure was originally planned for September, but this has now been changed to October 24th to 31st. The closure should not affect school School transport busy times.

Audlem Square

Cheshire Street will be closed on September 21st while the monument is placed back on its plinth.

Hatherton Bends

Signs on the Hatherton Bends on the A529 on the way to Nantwich indicate that the road will be closed on Monday, September 14th and the closure could last until Friday 18th September.

The closure is to allow for drainage works.
