A taser cartridge reported lost by a police officer in Cheshire last week has been recovered.
The piece of equipment was found by officers in a layby on the A534 in South Cheshire on Saturday.
The public was asked to be on the lookout for the lost cartridge.
While not harmful, Cheshire police issued advice to the public after the cartridge went missing.
They say the cartridge became detached from an officer's equipment vest during the course of his duties.
