Alsager Gladman appeal is dismissed

Rachel Bailey has forwarded us information about a Gladman planning appeal that has been rejected.

However Rachel also points out that two other appeals, Abbeyfields and Congleton Road Sandbach, were lost because DCLG decreed that CE housing land supply met the one formula but not the formula they decided to apply.

We have received the appeal decision on the above application for residential development for up to 155 residential units with associated infrastructure and access with all other matters reserved.
