Raising the Roof – Help for your garden

It's Spring (or meant to be!) but you may have been looking at your garden and thinking that you really must get it tidied up after the winter.

Well, in an effort to raise a little more towards the total required to repair the church roof, I am offering some hours' gardening to a person or people in Audlem who might like to have their garden tidied up. I have years of experience as a gardener and would be willing to do such jobs as weeding, pruning bushes or shrubs, preparing the vegetable garden for planting, or sowing seeds (please provide what you need) in a greenhouse or outside or similar jobs.

In return for my time and effort, I am suggesting a minimum donation of £10 an hour for the Raising the Roof appeal – if you are able to Gift Aid it, that would bring in a bit more at no expense to yourself.
