Oxtail and Trotter looking to expand

With phase two of our development close to completion, we are turning our thoughts to ensuring that we continue to provide the residents of Audlem and the surrounding area with quality food and shopping experiences.

We are passionate about delivering quality food and service and are considering setting up a fish stall in the new development. Our initial thoughts are to open every other Saturday with a range of fresh sustainably caught fish.

We would be delighted to hear your feedback on whether this is a shop that you would use and what type of service you would prefer.

In order to make this work we will also be looking for someone to run this shop for us. So if you are someone or know someone looking for some part time work and are looking for an exciting new challenge then please get in touch with us.

You don't need to know about fish but you must have a passion for great food! We can provide training.
