Mystery plane circling Audlem

Do we know what the two engine square winged plane was doing on its 10 – 12 circuits of Audlem yesterday, Monday, at about 4.00pm?

Seemed to have some sort of surveying equipment below it. Was it a Google Earth Update or property speculators looking for more potential building sites?
