Great final Festival day

After an amazing Monday in Audlem – a packed, lively Carnival and fabulous Festival music in – at last – sunshine, there's even more on offer today, Tuesday Bonus Bank Holiday:

10:00am – 1920's Pop-up Speakeasy at the Methodist Church Hall Car Park

"1920's Speak Easy", with Jazz singer Bexi Owen, plus children can make their own feather headband , necklace making, cupcake decorating etc. A great attraction for the young children. Lessons in the Charleston. A veritable Arts Jewel in the crown of our festival we feel.

10:00am – Photographic exhibition in the Scout & Guide Hall Cheshire Street

Photographic exhibition by Whitchurch Photo Society plus local arts & crafts

10:00am – Audlem Mill Shop Exhibitions in Audlem Mill Shop

Various Art & Craft exhibits over the festival weekend, plus pop in and take part in the didgeridoo competition!

11:00am – Simon Kempston in Jinja Bakes Cafe

Start your morning off with a dash of music with your chance to hear the acoustic talents of Simon Kempston all the way from Edinburgh.

Your chance to hear the acoustic talents of Simon Kempston all the way from Edinburgh again, yes by demand he came all the way back to play again this year.

1:30pm – The Rootless Vagabonds at The Bridge Inn

Blue Café's Mike Waldron & Ian Haughey have assembled a top class collective of local musicians to present original lyrical acoustic stories of loss, longing and love with some great musicianship thrown in.

2:30pm – Alibi at The Bridge Inn

Local favourite Nick Lundie performs with his band.

3:00pm – The Spare Ribs at The Bridge Inn

The combined song writing talents of Jack Marshall and Heidi Browne,  featuring a variety of instruments. In 2011 the band was joined by Joe Browne, drummer from Heidi and The Brownies.

4:00pm – Suzi Does it at The Lord Combermere

Suzie Does It are a Manchester based band who play passionate and honest songs about all things life!

They have an eclectic sound, incorporating elements of Foo Fighters, Paul Simon and Fleetwood Mac, showcasing their excellent songwriting skills and close vocal harmonies.

Currently touring the North West promoting their 'Nowhere Street' EP, at their Audlem debut they will be performing a special acoustic based show without their drummer – watch out for the electric upright bass!

4:30pm – XL5 at The Bridge Inn

This six piece band play a varied set of classic soul, rock and roll and blues from the last five decades, feat members of Glory Days, Roxy Magic and The Ginger Toms they guarantee to get the joint rocking!

6:00pm – Modern Alarms at The Lord Combermere

"We're here to melt your tiny little minds"...Manchester rocks with these guys

6:30pm – The Funk Breakers at The Bridge Inn

The FunkBreakers are a popular soul band playing classic funk and popular party tunes fronted by legendary vocalist Chris Dyer. The band features the talents of Dan Machin on guitar Gunner Gunstone on keys and a super tight horn section... not to be missed!

8:00pm – Twin Frets in The Lord Combermere

Twin Frets - The Funkiest Guitar duo on the planet! Come and party

8:30pm – Steve Smith in The Bridge Inn

An eclectic mix of classic vibes from Dylan to Zeppelin & occasionally his own that makes that 12 string earn its keep! Just kick back & enjoy this guy's easy style – he really loves his music
