Great Daffodil Appeal

Marie Curie Cancer Care's Great Daffodil Appeal has been in full swing during the month of March and continues to be for the month of April.

The Great Daffodil Appeal is Marie Curie's biggest fundraiser, and encourages everyone to support those with a terminal illness by giving a donation and wearing a daffodil pin. All funds raised will help Marie Curie Nurses to provide more free care to local people with a terminal illness in their own home.

Laura Tomlinson, Community Fundraiser said: "We want to make you aware of a street collection we have organised for Saturday 20th April in Audlem, we need everyone in Audlem to donate and wear one of our daffodil pins. Every penny you give is absolutely vital in helping us support people with terminal illnesses in your area, and providing more of the free hands-on care and emotional support we're renowned for."
