FASA

Thanks to the wonderful fundraising work of FASA and your support of their work, we took delivery of fifteen new laptops during our Easter holidays. They are a wonderful addition to our school and some classes have already been busy trying them out! FASA have also funded three handheld video cameras which we will be using in classes to support drama, gymnastics and speaking and listening work.

Ruby class began their Wider Opportunities work on Tuesday, with FASA's help we have been able to arrange a whole term's music tuition for the children. They will be learning to play string instruments and I am looking forward to hearing how they get on this term.

Many thanks to all of the children who entered FASA's Easter art competition. The winners from each class received an Easter egg in our special Praise Assembly on the last day of term. Well done to:
Skye Howell, Sophie Binns, Sarah Whittaker, Ciara Lloyd-Beeston, Harry Brookes, Fleur Varley and Lucy Titley.

The next FASA fundraiser is The Old Skool Disco. It will be held on Friday 26th April from 8pm onwards, tickets are on sale now for £5 from school, the post office, the newsagents, Sarah Huntbach and Deborah Varley.
