Failed chatbox and buy/sell messages

Occasionally we get a message that somebody has sent in for chatbox or buy/sell, which fails to get onto the website.

This is because the security check on the website address has failed.

Apart from system malfunction (which is not impossible of course), there appear to be two main reasons for this – either the e-mail address submitted is wrongly spelled (so that the message that the website sends automatically never arrives) or the users own spam protection is preventing the message getting through.

Messages have been received recently from "mrs. cp", "Anne K", "emiepops", "chrissielol", "Coole", "Ian M" and "Hanky" which have not been authenticated.

There is no way we can work this out from our end, so these messages have been deleted – please try again if you are one of these people and you have not already been successful in getting your message through.
