Celebrate Great British Beef Week at Oxtail & Trotter

This week (21st – 27th April) is Great British Beef Week, and we are celebrating in style with a wide choice of beef cuts sourced from our local farmers.

To make this week extra special Hugh has sourced some more Wagyu beef from champion
beef producer Brian Wilson. With the BBQ season upon us, Simon and Jake have created many exciting beef cuts to make your BBQ experience more enjoyable. Why not pop in and try some gourmet Wagyu steak burgers or a melt in your mouth steak. We have a large array of different steak cuts to suit everyone's appetite and pocket.

Many people have been asking us why our beef is so delicious; this is what Hugh has to say: "All our beef is locally sourced from farms that rear their cattle to very high standards, the breeds we select ensure you have outstanding taste and quality. It is then over to Simon who ensures the meat is dry aged in our cold store to enhance your eating experience".

It doesn't stop there; if you want the best from this quality meat then you must cook it correctly! Please ask one of the team and they will be more than happy to give you advice on how best to cook your purchase.
