A reminder that Audlem could feature on BBC1 this morning in the Sunday Politics programme that starts at 11.45am when planning issues are discussed.

The BBC in the form of reporter Chris Rider and a cameraman filmed in Audlem on Thursday where they were met by Phil Johnson and Heather Jones from the Parish Council, Steve Amies as representative of the Mill Lane Residents, David Latchford as a member of the Parish Plan team and an AudlemOnline representative to take photos.

The interviews were mostly conducted leaning on a gate half way up Mill Lane, to the great interest of the horses in the field.

The Audlem bit of the programme will probably be in the regional section, and our hour or so of performing might result in 30 seconds of actual broadcast – but we shall see!
