Another record month for Audlem website

There may still be four days to go in October but already October 2013 has proved to be a record-breaking month for AudlemOnline with both the numbers of visitors and hits (that is, the number of pages opened) well above August 2013's previous record.

These figures have been helped, we have to admit, by October being the single longest month of the year – think about it, it really is. Some members of the webteam may also think it's been helped by the editor being away for two weeks sunning himself by the Mediterranean. Even the editor admits it shows depth of strength in the team who attracted over 2,000 readers virtually every day he was away.

It's likely that the full month will see over 60,000 visitors but you can check progress by clicking on the Visits Today at the bottom of the Homepage which reveals all the statistics provided by an independent monitoring company.

October also saw the website winning the accolade of Cheshire Village Website of the Year presented by Cheshire Community Action on Thursday 4th October.
