How resilient is our community in the face of the combined and interrelated effects of the energy crunch, climate change and economic uncertainty? What role could localisation play in increasing our community's resilience?

Does localisation mean a return to subsistence and poverty? Or is it an opportunity to review current assumptions and rebuild local economies around meeting local needs, reducing energy waste and carbon emissions and providing jobs for our young people?
