Geraint is totally correct.
Please support the Saturday meeting at 10:30.
This CEC decision will affect each and every soul in Audlem and will possible mean the end of ASET events, because we close the car park and so CEC will need that cost covering by ASET that is Unless the PC will support us in that we are a community organisation not for profit and benefitting the community.
Audlem really does now need YOU.
I use Chris who owns

I have to say that I personally can see no issue with the small charge being proposed for the car park. We can not expect these things to be looked after for nothing the money that is spent on the car park can be spent on much better things that people really struggling at the moment need. Surely the small sum for a days parking is nothing and if this frees up money that can be spent on better things then surely the people of Audlem can spare that small sum.
Well done great job, looking at the picture with the Cedar tree could it do with some good mulch ? The soil looks very compact and I'm sure it would be great for the tree's health
Hi – I'm looking to find a reliable and local Heating Engineer to service and maintain my LPG boiler – can anybody please help with any recommendations? Many thanks :-)
On Thurs evening the Parish Coucil held a public meeting in the Methodist Church to clarify in detail the many ramifications of Cheshire East's poorly thought out proposal to impose charges on Audlem car park. This meeting also allowed Audlem residents a chance to air therir views on the proposal. It was a very worthwhile exercise and those who were there gained a lot from it.
Unfortunately, considering the many complex and unwelcome consequences that imposing car park charging will have on the community, it must be said that the turn-out was not what I would have expected, which must have been a surprise and a disappointment to the organisers.
As it may have been impossible for many to attend this meeting on Thurs evening the Parish Council are holding another open meeting in the Public Hall this Saturday morning at 10.30am. To support the local coucillors in their efforts, to show solidarity in opposing the Cheshire East proposal, and to be thoroughly informed of the likely detrimental effects the proposal will have on many aspects of life in Audlem, l sincerely urge all residents to make a serious effort to attend this most important meeting on Saturday. Thank you.
Excellent response from the Public Hall Management Committee, well written, well researched.
Would there be any value in adding to the proposal that the Public Hall is used as a Polling Station for local and national elections?
