Wanted – Newsletter Editor

The current Editor of Audlem Parish Council's Newsletter is hanging up her pen after 6 years in post.

However, her decision means that there is now a great opportunity for a budding Audlem journalist to jump into the post and build on the success of this local publication. The newsletter goes out four times a year and offers four pages of A4 in colour covering local news, forthcoming events in the area, Parish Council business for Audlem and Buerton and much more.

Unfortunately, if you were hoping to earn enough to buy a retirement cottage, this isn't the job for you as it's a voluntary post so there's no salary involved – but you would be serving the Audlem community in a valuable way.

All you will need is enthusiasm, a computer, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word or similar software and some free time 4 times a year.
