With the weather improving all the time it's most definately BBQ time, and we at Oxtail and Trotter have selected some of the finest meats and created some exciting options for you to cook.

The range covers all manner of species to suit any budget large or small. Simon and Jake have always got a selection on display, but they can always create anything that you can dream up to create that unforgetable BBQ experience.

Here are a few examples to wet your appetite:

  • Juicy, tender chicken fillet kebabs ' marinade with a BBQ or Chinese rub. Just ask in the shop.
  • Gourmet Wagyu burgers ' melt in your mouth burgers like you've never tasted before
  • +21 Dry aged on the bone steak, pick from our selection of fillet, sirlion, ribeye or rump steaks
  • A selection of hand made sausages, pick from our extensive range of flavours lovingly made in house by Zoe
  • Butterflied leg of lamb, a stunning BBQ experience that will wow any guest and taste out of this world!
