Village flag display

As you are all aware, each year we place a large number of the Union flag around the village as a way of celebrating all the fine community work and events that take place in our very vibrant part of the county.

And invariably, a keen eyed member of the dwellers, spots a flag that has been placed upside down. A sign for distress I believe.

No one has stepped forward yet to claim to have seen one! Yet!

Well, just in the village now and as I drive through I see one upside down! Missed by all. I wonder if you can spot the offender!
