Update on Shroppie Fly

Thank you to all those who have contacted me this week with well wishes, it's nice to know I have your support.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in opening our pub. We have struggled to obtain a prompt response from a certain Trust, however, it appears that a dialogue is now in place and a completion is looming.

The refurbishment will then take an estimated five weeks, so we will be well into April before we are open, but better late than never! At least the flowers will be in bloom, and temperatures rising, so we can get straight into perfecting our Pimms recipe!

I am still extremely dedicated to bringing back The Shroppie Fly and any further obstacles will be overcome. As soon as the contractors are on-site, I will be there with my hard hat and look forward to meeting everyone properly.
