Grammar School Update

The Parish Council is aware that there is strong local concern about the Old Grammar School.

The Parish Council have published this statement (see here) about the current position, and will release further statements when there is anything definite that can be reported.

As of this moment, there is

• NO planning application,
• NO Listed Building Consent application
• NO HMO licence application.

Any information that might help to assist the enforcement investigation should be sent to the Parish Clerk – this will be collated and passed on to Cheshire East. Residents are being asked not to publish such information on social media because possible future legal processes might be prejudiced.

AudlemOnline will not be publishing comment about the issue, either as news items or as chatbox submissions, unless the facts have been released by the Parish Council.

What AudlemOnline will be doing is continuing to apply pressure on the Parish Council to allow the publication of information in a timely fashion as soon as it becomes available.
