Traffic Lights in Cheshire Street

I have investigated why roadworks have appeared in Cheshire Street without warning and it is to repair a clean water leak.

United Utilities should have informed residents and it is most unfortunate that they failed to do so, however I thought residents might like to know that they are confident that by tomorrow lunchtime the work will have been completed and traffic lights removed.
