Good news, the removal of the summer bedding plants was completed yesterday the 7th October, so no work is required to-day the 8th October.
Some plants were removed for re-use around the village and some were removed by residents for their own use rather than throw everything away.
Thanks are due to The Cubs, the leaders and parents who started the removal work on Wednesday evening and to the volunteers who completed the work yesterday morning.
Also many thanks to Chris Knibbs of ADAPT who took away remaining plants for composting.
