Mr Perry's newsletter this week includes, among the more traditional subjects, (what we used to call, somewhat illiterately, the "3Rs") some more unusual class activities -

• Pearlclass have developed their skills in archery which they loved.
• Amberclass built a machine to test the foundations of buildings during an earthquake
• Emerald class investigated how sound travels through mediums in Science
• Ruby class have been learning about Apollo 11 programmer, Margaret Hamilton, and self-taught archaeologist/discoverer of the ichthyosaur, Mary Anning.
• Diamond class have been considering whether WW2 was inevitable? Could it have been avoided?
