AudlemOnline recently published an announcement on April 20th from the Rev Helen Chantry concerning her leaving the parish to take up a new post in Hucknall, Nottingham.

Dear Readers,

By now, you will probably know that our vicar, Rev Helen Chantry, is leaving the parish to take up a new post in Hucknall, Nottingham. She first announced this at the 'virtual service on Sunday April 19th and then via AudlemOnline on Monday 20th April.

Many in our local community will be appreciative of all that Helen has done and achieved over the past fifteen years. Her genuine love and care for everyone, from oldest to youngest, has been at the forefront of her ministry. Her inspiring and innovative approach to worship, with God's love at the centre, has helped many in all age groups on their journey of faith.

A Farewell Gift

We would like to thank Helen for her care, friendship, leadership and all she has done, by way of a farewell 'thank you' gift. Everyone is invited to contribute. Please place your gift (cheque or cash) in a sealed envelope and hand deliver or post to Peter Ellis, Church Warden, 15, Windmill Drive, Audlem. CW3 0BE. please make cheques payable to 'Audlem PCC'. We would be grateful if donations could be received by Sunday 7th June.
