Just to remind everyone that with all the articles recalling the experiences of those who fought and died in the World Wars, the exhibition and dance on Friday and so on, the central event takes place on Sunday morning at St James Church.

The Service of Remembrance will start at 10.45am, followed by the laying of wreaths on the War memorial.

This will be a combined service bringing together St James C of E, the Methodists and the Baptists.

The Service of Remembrance is proving a more and more popular event each year and is fast becoming one of the main highlights of the village calendar.
