The news that the Bridge Inn is starting its pub quiz nights tomorrow, Wednesday 8th, has attracted a reminder that the White Lion Pub Quiz in Hankelow is held every Thursday throughout the year and begins around 9.00pm – lots of fun and good questions in a relaxed atmosphere with prizes of wine or beers for each of the 7 rounds. A free buffet of sandwiches and chips is served at half time. Come along to see if you can answer the questions posed by Ralph Warburton and Mike Haines as the Quiz masters. At the Bridge Inn from tomorrow on Wednesday nights the quiz master is Lorna Bonell and teams of upto 4 people are warmly invited. The quiz will start at 8.30pm.

We are also told that the Shroppie Fly quiz season will start shortly – details will be published as soon as they are available.

With three to choose from, there's only one answer for pub quiz fans. Enjoy them all!
