Poem for 2022 from Robbo

2022

So, a new year is upon us, and we all hope it brings good cheer..
We need to have more freedom, to see those we hold so dear..

The past two years have been tragic, for you and everyone..
So, let's think more positive, and hope the worst has gone..

Yes we may still have to wear, a mask upon our face..
And not mix in too big a crowd, to give us all more space..

But using common sense, and treating all with much respect..
We should at least be thankful, of those we try to protect..

I know it is not over yet, and I know you will agree..
So make 2022 a lot safer for everyone, including you and me..
